Who we are

Calvary Hephzibah Full Gospel Church is the working name of Global Harvest International, a charity registered in England and Wales, number 1135709. Our registered address is 4 Radlett Walk, Manchester M13 9EE. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

When you give through our website, we collect:

We never see your card details. Card numbers are entered directly on Stripe's payment page and are handled by Stripe alone. They do not pass through our website and we cannot access them.

Why we need it

Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in running the charity and acknowledging gifts, and our legal obligations to HMRC and the Charity Commission.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Gift Aid declarations and the records supporting them are kept for six years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as HMRC requires. Financial records are kept for six years. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where a record is one we are legally required to keep — a Gift Aid claim, for example — we may not be able to delete it until that period has passed, and we will tell you if that is the case.

You can also cancel a Gift Aid declaration or a monthly gift at any time. Just get in touch and we will stop it.
